Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Experience: 1–3 Years Location: Krishna Nagar, Lucknow About the Role We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of paid marketing strategies, lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to help drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing). Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for maximum ROI and lead generation. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. Manage bidding strategies, ad copies, landing page coordination, and audience targeting. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other digital tools. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Work on lead generation campaigns for different business verticals. Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and promotional campaigns. Improve website traffic, conversions, and online brand visibility. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and Google Ads updates. Required Skills Hands-on experience in Google Ads and PPC campaign management. Basic understanding of SEO, Meta Ads, and digital marketing strategies. Knowledge of Google Analytics and keyword planning tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and reporting skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Eligibility Criteria Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in Google Ads. Google Ads Certification will be an added advantage.
