Job Title Digital Marketing Staff / Executive Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and creative Digital Marketing Staff member to support online marketing activities, manage social media platforms, and help increase brand awareness and sales. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing tools, and the ability to work in an office environment. Key Responsibilities Manage company social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Create and schedule posts, banners, and promotional content Run and monitor online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) Handle SEO and website updates Generate leads through online platforms Respond to customer inquiries on social media and email Prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign performance Coordinate with the sales and design teams Maintain brand image and online presence Required Skills Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. Good communication and writing skills Knowledge of MS Office and internet research Creative thinking and problem-solving ability Time management and teamwork skills Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Freshers or experienced candidates can apply Digital marketing certification is an advantage Experience 0–2 years preferred Salary As per company standards and experience Work Location Office-based job Sample Short Version (for job posting) We are hiring a Digital Marketing Staff member for office work.
