💰 मासिक आय (Total Earnings): ₹11,000 – ₹12,000
💵 Salary Structure:
• ₹8,000 Fixed Salary
• ₹1,000 No Leave Bonus
• ₹2,000 Long Route Incentive
• 7–9 KM Radius Delivery
🎁 Joining / Retention Bonus:
• 90 Days Completion – ₹3,000
• 180 Days Completion – ₹3,000
• 270 Days Completion – ₹3,000
• 360 Days Completion – ₹3,000
🎁 Additional Benefit:
• Referral Bonus – ₹1,000 per Joining
⏰ Working Time:
🕓 Morning 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM(2,3 hours)
