हम ELASTIC RUN में अपनी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक डिलीवरी एक्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो वस्तुओं को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंचा सके। इस भूमिका में सौंपे गए मार्गों और समय अनुसूचियों का पालन करते हुए वस्तुओं का उठाना और छोड़ना शामिल है। उम्मीदवारों को ग्राहक को उत्कृष्ट अनुभव प्रदान करने के लिए विनम्र और त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया देने वाला होना चाहिए।
प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां:
- वस्तुओं को सुरक्षित और समय पर ग्राहकों या व्यवसायों तक लोड, परिवहन और वितरित करना।
- डिलीवरी से पहले और बाद में आदेशों की समीक्षा करना ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि आदेश पूरे हैं, शुल्क सही हैं और सही ग्राहक को सौंपे गए हैं।
- वाहनों से वस्तुओं को लोड और अनलोड करने में सहायता करना।
- वितरित वस्तुओं के लिए भुगतान स्वीकार करना, यदि लागू हो।
- उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान करना, प्रश्नों का उत्तर देना और ग्राहकों की शिकायतों को संभालना।
- सभी परिवहन कानूनों का पालन करना और सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- डिलीवरी से संबंधित रिपोर्ट और अन्य दस्तावेज तैयार करना।
