Job Description
हम BIG BASKET में अपनी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक डिलीवरी पार्टनर की तलाश कर रहे हैं जो वस्तुओं को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंचा सके। इस भूमिका में निर्दिष्ट मार्गों और समय अनुसूचियों का पालन करते हुए वस्तुओं को उठाना और छोड़ना आवश्यक है। उम्मीदवारों को विनम्र और त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया देने में सक्षम होना चाहिए ताकि ग्राहकों को उत्कृष्ट अनुभव प्रदान किया जा सके।
मुख्य जिम्मेदारियां:
- वस्तुओं को सुरक्षित, समयबद्ध तरीके से ग्राहकों या व्यवसायों तक लोड करना, परिवहन करना और डिलीवर करना।
- डिलीवरी से पहले और बाद में ऑर्डर की समीक्षा करना ताकि यह सुनिश्चित किया जा सके कि ऑर्डर पूरी है, शुल्क सही हैं और सही ग्राहक को दिया गया है।
- वाहनों से वस्तुओं को लोड और अनलोड करने में मदद करना।
- डिलीवर की गई वस्तुओं के लिए भुगतान को स्वीकार करना, यदि लागू हो।
- उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान करना, सवालों का जवाब देना और ग्राहकों की शिकायतों को संभालना।
- सभी परिवहन कानूनों का पालन करना और सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।
- डिलीवरी से संबंधित रिपोर्ट और अन्य दस्तावेज तैयार करना।
