About the Role We are hiring Remote Voice Support Specialists to provide world-class customer support for our US-based clients. This is a contract position ideal for professionals who are fluent in English, comfortable working night shifts, and capable of delivering high-quality support from home. Compensation Voice Support: ₹160 per hour Responsibilities Voice Support Specialist Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally Provide clear, polite, and accurate information to customers Troubleshoot customer issues and document interactions Maintain high levels of communication quality and customer satisfaction Respond to customer emails quickly and accurately Resolve queries, escalate issues when necessary, and update internal systems Maintain SLAs for response time, accuracy, and ticket closures Requirements Excellent English spoken and written communication skills 1 to 3 years of BPO / Customer Support experience is a strong advantage. Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply. Comfortable working the night shift during US business hours Must have your own: Laptop with Windows 11 or above 16 GB RAM Minimum i5 Processor or higher.
