The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring excellent customer engagement throughout the sales process. (Key Responsibilities) • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives/tele callers. • Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement. • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. • Assist team members in lead conversion and client handling. • Track leads, sales activities, and team productivity. • Coordinate site visits and support the sales closure process. • Maintain MIS reports and provide regular updates to management. ✅ Eligibility Criteria • Experience: 2–5 Years in Real Estate Sales / Team Handling • Employment Type: Full-Time • Education: Graduate (Required Skills) • Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven sales and target-achievement experience. • Ability to motivate and guide team members. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
