Telecaller

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support the sales team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about services Maintain and update client databases and call records Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales or design team Follow up with prospective clients on a regular basis Understand customer requirements and guide them accordingly Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets Coordinate with the sales and marketing team Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service Good communication skills in Hindi & English Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality Good listening and interpersonal ski
