Job Title: Telecaller Executive Experience: 1–2 Years Location: Vikhroli (West), Mumbai Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive with 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers while promoting the company's products and services. Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients. Introduce and explain the company's products, services, and solutions professionally. Generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the sales team. Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with potential clients. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in CRM/software. Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. Handle customer queries and provide relevant information about products and services. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve conversion rates. Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead management. Required Skills 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to handle customer objections effectively. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and CRM tools. Good listening skills and a customer-centric approach. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Candidates with relevant telecalling or telesales experience will be preferred. Preferred Attributes Experience in B2B/B2C calling. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
