Job Description

1. Handling Customer Calls Answer incoming calls from customers Make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, or feedback Maintain a polite and professional tone 2. Resolving Customer Queries Understand customer issues or questions Provide accurate information about products/services Troubleshoot basic problems or escalate when needed 3. Customer Support & Assistance Help customers with orders, complaints, or service issues Guide customers step-by-step to resolve problems Ensure customer satisfaction 4. Data Entry & Record Keeping Maintain call logs and customer details Update CRM systems with correct information Record feedback and complaints properly 5. Follow-ups Call customers for updates or pending issues Ensure complaints are resolved on time Build long-term customer relationships 6. Sales (in some roles) Promote products or services Cross-sell or upsell when appropriate Achieve daily/weekly targets 7. Adhering to Company Guidelines Follow scripts or communication guidelines Maintain confidentiality of customer data Meet performance metrics (call time, resolution rate, etc.) 🧠 Important Skills Required Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English often required) Active listening Patience and problem-solving ability Basic computer knowledge Ability to handle pressure and difficult customers 💼 Work Environment Call centers / BPOs Offices or remote (work-from-home in some companies) Rotational shifts (especially for international processes)
