The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with potential and existing customers, explaining the company's services, handling customer inquiries, and providing suitable solutions. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate customer records, building strong client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience, and achieving daily and monthly calling targets. The candidate will also be expected to share regular feedback and call reports with the management team while contributing to customer acquisition and retention efforts.
