Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic telecallers to recruit delivery partners. The role involves calling potential candidates, explaining the onboarding process, and helping them complete registration with our clients
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential delivery partners and explain job role, earnings and incentives.
Guide candidates through onboarding, document submission and follow up till joining.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (prefer Hindi with regional languages)
Basic knowledge of calling or sales is an advantage
Ability to convince and handle objections and achieve the targets.
Computer knowledge
Eligibility:
Freshers welcome
Prior telecalling or recruitment experience is an advantage
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed salary: Up to 20k+ incentives per successful hire up to 5k
Training provided
