Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Digifame Media's services Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, referrals, and databases Explain service offerings — social media marketing, SEO, paid ads, branding — clearly and persuasively Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads Maintain and update CRM records with call logs, follow-up notes, and client details Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion benchmarks Handle inbound queries and provide basic information about company services Requirements 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service Excellent verbal communication skills in English Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated personality Basic understanding of digital marketing services is a plus Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn Ability to handle rejection positively and stay target-focused
