Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Tele Collection Executive to join our team.
Position: Tele Collection Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: 1–3 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments.
Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities.
Resolve customer queries related to payments and outstanding balances.
Achieve collection targets while maintaining professional customer relationships.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in tele collections, recovery, or a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with collection processes.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
