The candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess strong communication and client-handling skills. The ideal candidate must be confident in dealing with clients, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about projects and properties. Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options. Maintain proper records of client interactions and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales processing and documentation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory. Graduate in any discipline. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle and convince clients professionally. Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling will be an advantage.
