Sales Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Experience: 5–10 Years Salary: As per industry norms (Approx. ₹6–12 LPA depending on dealership, brand, location, and experience) Job Description (JD) Key Responsibilities: Manage complete body shop operations including denting, painting, accident repairs, and vehicle delivery. Monitor daily workshop activities to ensure timely repair and delivery of vehicles. Coordinate with insurance companies for claim approvals and settlement processes. Prepare repair estimates and ensure accurate job costing. Supervise technicians, painters, and support staff to achieve productivity targets. Maintain quality standards as per OEM/dealership guidelines. Ensure availability of spare parts, consumables, and workshop equipment. Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI). Track workshop KPIs such as productivity, efficiency, turnaround time (TAT), and revenue generation. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies. Prepare MIS reports and submit operational performance updates to management. Required Skills Strong knowledge of automobile body repair, denting, painting, and insurance processes. Experience in dealership or authorized service center operations. Team handling and manpower management skills. Good communication and customer relationship management abilities. Knowledge of workshop management systems (DMS/ERP). Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Qualification Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering preferred. Relevant certifications in automotive service or body repair are an added advantage.
