Role Overview We’re hiring a Sales Executive (Telecaller) to call leads, qualify requirements, explain our services, and book appointments/close deals. You’ll be the first voice of BlackPapers—so clarity, confidence, and follow-ups matter. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads (data will be provided) and handle inbound inquiries. Understand customer needs (Startup/MSME/NGO) and recommend the right service/package. Explain offerings clearly: GST, ITR, ROC filings, accounting, NGO compliance, etc. Maintain daily follow-ups and nurture leads till closure. Book appointments for senior consultant / close directly (as per process). Update CRM daily with call status, lead stage, remarks, and next follow-up date. Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, connects, appointments, and conversions. Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth handover after closure. What You Should Be Good At Strong communication in Hindi + confident Hinglish. Persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling. High follow-up discipline (most sales are follow-up driven). Comfortable with targets and performance-based work. Basic understanding of business/compliance is a plus (training will be provided). Eligibility Graduation preferred (12th pass with strong communication can also apply). Experience in telecalling, sales, education/counselling, finance, or insurance is a plus. Comfortable using Google Sheets/WhatsApp/CRM tools.
