Sales Coordinator

• Monitor generic email id’s and take necessary action for customers related mails,
• Responsible for various customer correspondence, Query management, taking action, follow up and updating of status in CRM/Excel.
• Good Communication Skills & Advanced Knowledge in excel (V lookup, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Data Management of dealers, Architects etc. sales Administration activity.
