Hiring: Customer Associate / Senior Customer Associate – International Voice Process 📍 Locations: Hyderabad 🏢 Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) 🌙 Shift: Night Shift (US Process) 📅 Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Split Week-offs) 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent 🎯 Openings: Multiple Positions Job Responsibilities: • Handle inbound customer queries and provide effective resolutions. • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards. • Communicate professionally with international customers over voice calls. • Document customer interactions accurately in the system. • Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Eligibility Criteria: • Minimum 12th Pass. • At least 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process (Inbound). • Experience in International BPO (B2C domain) is mandatory. • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications. • Comfortable working in night shifts.
