**Job Title: Customer Support Executive**
**Location:** Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore
**Salary:** ₹24,000 to ₹32,000 per month

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, International Voice Process, or a related field
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong problem solving and customer handling skills
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs
### Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chats
• Provide timely and accurate resolutions to customer concerns
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Document customer interactions and follow company processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
