Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Follow up with prospective candidates.
Explain course details, internship, and placement assistance programs.
Maintain student records and admission process.
Achieve monthly admission targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
