Customer Support Associate (International Process) Job Summary We are looking for Customer Support Associates to provide high-quality support to customers through calls, emails, and chats. The role involves resolving customer queries, assisting users with self-service portals, maintaining accurate case records, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while adhering to defined service standards and processes. Experience Freshers Welcome Up to 3 years of experience in Customer Support, International BPO, Voice, Chat, or Email Support Eligibility Graduate Freshers 12th Pass candidates with relevant work experience Excellent communication skills required Work Location Bangalore(Koramangala, Bellandur, Mahadevpura) Mumbai Pune Work Mode Work From Office (WFO) Two-way cab facility available Shift US Shift 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational schedules and US time zones Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chats Log and update customer cases accurately in the support system Assist users with account-related queries and application processes Provide navigation support on self-service portals Perform customer verification as per company policies Make outbound calls when required Ensure timely resolution of customer issues while meeting SLA targets Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams Maintain high standards of customer service and call quality Keep process documentation and knowledge repositories updated Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors Adhere to organizational policies and operational procedures Must-Have Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation Ability to handle calls, emails, and chat support efficiently Basic computer proficiency and internet navigation skills Good problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment Quick learner with strong attention to detail Comfortable using multiple systems simultaneously Nice-to-Have Skills International BPO or Customer Support experience Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools) Exposure to ERP systems Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience handling recruitment support or candidate support processes Understanding of customer service metrics and SLA-driven environments Selection Process Initial Screening Communication Assessment (Minimum qualifying score required) Operations/Managerial Interview Compensation Freshers: Up to ₹28,000 CTC Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹56,000 CTC (based on experience and interview performance) Required Documents Educational documents Relieving letters from previous employers (if applicable) Latest offer letter Recent payslips and supporting salary documents Employment verification documents (PF/Form 16/Form 26AS, if applicable)
