Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process (US-based clients ). The role involves handling customer queries over calls and delivering a high-quality customer experience while meeting performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls for international clients
Resolve queries related to orders, payments, returns, and services
Provide accurate information and quick resolutions
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
Meet quality, compliance, and productivity KPIs
Ensure high customer satisfaction at every interaction
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream)
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International BPO (Voice) OR Extremely good fresher
Communication: Excellent English (mandatory)
Comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs
Immediate joiners preferred
