Job Description
Role Summary:
The Customer Support Executive is responsible for building and maintaining a positive image of the showroom among customers, visitors, partners, and the local community. The role focuses on customer engagement, brand promotion, event coordination, and communication activities that increase showroom visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for showroom visitors and VIP customers
Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment
Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners
Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints politely and effectively
Coordinate showroom events, product launches, and promotional activities
Manage customer engagement programs and follow-ups
Work closely with sales and marketing teams for lead generation activities
