Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive (IBCC Prepaid – Work From Office) --- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer queries related to prepaid services Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction Follow company protocols and quality guidelines during interactions --- Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduates and Undergraduates both can apply Languages Required: Bengali & Hindi English (Basic/Average communication skills) --- Salary Offered. Under NAPS & NATS ₹12,500 in-hand (Hindi & Bengali candidates) ₹16,000 in-hand (Assamese or Oriya candidates) --- Training Details Duration: 15 - 20 days Stipend: ₹300 per day during training --- Work Schedule 6 days working with 1 rotational week off 24×7 work environment Drop facility available for odd working hours within 15 – 20 Kilometers. --- Selection Process 1.
