Job Description

Suncrypto, a leading cryptocurrency exchange platform, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service. Requirement: Minimum 6 months -1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. Freshers can also apply. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of cryptocurrency concepts. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Role and responsibility: Responding promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls. Providing accurate and helpful information regarding Suncrypto's platform, products, and services. Troubleshooting and resolving customer technical issues and account-related concerns. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour while interacting with customers. Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and FAQs. Staying updated on the latest cryptocurrency trends and regulations. We are also hiring candidates from BPO , CHAT SUPPORT, MAIL SUPPORT, CUSTOMER SERVICE , CUSTOMER SUPPORT, VOICE PROCESS, NON VOICE PROCESS.
