Hiring: Customer Support Executive (Bengali Voice Process)

Location: Sector 63, Noida (Work from Office)
Salary: • In-Hand: ₹15,100/month
• Shift Allowance: ₹2,600/month
• In-hand: Up to ₹18,000/month
Job Role: • Handle customer queries related to Net Banking over voice calls
• Provide prompt and accurate customer support
• Maintain quality and customer satisfaction standards
Requirements: • Fluent in Bengali and Hindi
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (1 Rotational Off)
