The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling life insurance products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a fixed salary along with performance-based incentives and regular growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through personal contacts, referrals, and field activities Explain and recommend suitable life insurance policies to customers Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Assist customers with documentation and policy processing Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction Stay updated with company products, services, and market trends Eligibility Criteria: Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduation preferred Good communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to work in a target-driven environment Salary & Benefits: Fixed salary minimum 12K+ Salary date last day of the month Attractive incentives based on performance Increment every 6 months based on performance review Training and career growth opportunities Working Hours: Office Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM Week off as per company policy Every Sunday 1 Saturday in a Month Skills Required: Sales and negotiation skills Customer handling ability Good interpersonal communication Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
