Key Responsibilities: · Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively. · Provide accurate and detailed information about services. · Handle customer complaints with professionalism and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, products, and services. · Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system. · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications: · Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service representative. · Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. · Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
