Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, assisting with orders, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for customers.
2. Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution.
3. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate support.
5. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, pending orders, and feedback.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
1) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2) Prior experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer support is preferred.
3) Ability to handle customer queries professionally and resolve issues effectively.
4) Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
5) Strong problem-solving and persuasion skills.
