JD :- Customer Relationship Executive -
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding needs and expectations
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
Respond to customer calls, emails, chats, or in-person requests
