We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team at Straightway Career Creators. Key Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner.

The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing right information and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 5 days working week during the Night shift.
