Job role –
• Handling the day-to-day activities of walk-in customers as well as E-mail and phone correspondence.
• Working on the Knowledge CRM portal for service requests raised by customers.
• Knowledge of phone banking customers.
• Part payment and Foreclosure adjustment.
• Female candidates preferred
• Should be comfortable with late sitting on month ends.
