IDFC First Bank Hiring–Sales & Collections Process 📍Locations: Thane(Kasarvadavli) / Juinagar(Navi Mumbai) 🏢 Payroll: Hinduja Global Services (HGS). 🌟 Job Roles Available: We are hiring for multiple banking processes under IDFC First Bank: 1️⃣ Turbo Outbound Sales(Thane): Selling banking products such as: Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Credit Cards, Home Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, Education Loans, Insurance & Mutual Funds. Responsible for outbound sales and customer acquisition 2️⃣ EMI Collections (Juinagar): Convince customers to convert outstanding dues into EMIs. Handle customer negotiations and payment recovery. 3️⃣ LOC-Loan on Credit Card Sales (Juinagar): Offer personal loans on existing credit card customers. Strong sales mindset required. 4️⃣ Activation Process (Juinagar): Call existing customers to activate credit cards. Requires excellent communication skills. 5️⃣ Retention Process (Juinagar): Retain customers from cancelling credit cards Handle queries and improve customer satisfaction. ⏰ Shift Details: Fixed shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Working hours: 8 hours + 1 hour break Week Off: 2nd & 4th week: Saturday + Sunday off (process dependent). 1st & 3rd week: Only Sunday fixed off. Bank holidays applicable and some Saturdays may be working if required. 💰 Salary Structure:Fresher Graduate: ₹18,000(Net In-Hand) 1–2 Years Experience: ₹22,000–₹28,000 Banking Sales Experience(BL / LAP / HL / Loan Sales): ₹28,000–₹30,000. Insurance Experience(Higher Package): Up to ₹35,000 🎓 Eligibility: Graduate Fresher Graduate with experience. Age limit: Up to 32 years 📍 Location Details: Thane: Kasarvadavli (Pick & Drop from Thane Station available).
