ake outbound calls to customers with pending payments and overdue accounts.
Remind customers about due dates, outstanding balances, and payment obligations.
Follow up regularly to ensure timely payment recovery.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements within company guidelines.
Address customer queries related to outstanding dues and payment processes.
Update collection records, call logs, and customer interactions in the system.
Escalate disputed or high-risk accounts to the concerned team.
