Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with pending payments.
Remind customers about due amounts and payment deadlines.
Negotiate and arrange payment plans when required.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Update collection status in the system on a daily basis.
Follow company policies and compliance guidelines during collection activities.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
