We specialize in facilitating seamless loan processes for clients by delivering expert support and documentation services. Job Summary – Client Relationship & Operations Executive The role involves managing end-to-end home loan processing while maintaining strong relationships with clients, banks/NBFCs, and channel partners. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination from login to disbursement and deliver excellent client service. Key Responsibilities Client Management Handle client communication and provide regular updates Follow up for documents and resolve queries Loan Processing Manage complete loan file processing (login to disbursement) Verify KYC, income, and property documents Ensure accurate documentation and file preparation Bank & NBFC Coordination Submit and track loan files Follow up for approvals, sanction, and disbursement Resolve issues with bank officials Builder & Partner Coordination Coordinate for property documents (Agreement, NOC, etc.) Work with brokers and channel partners MIS & Data Management Maintain MIS on Google Sheets/CRM Track cases, approvals, and disbursements Operations Support Ensure compliance and faster case closures Maintain accuracy and improve TAT Key Skills Home loan/financial process knowledge Strong communication (Hindi & English) Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Good follow-up and coordination skills 📍 Location: Urbtech Trade Centre, Sector-132, Noida 💼 Type: Full-time ⏰ Working Days: Monday to Saturday
