Job Description
A Business Analyst is responsible for understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
Conduct data analysis to support decision-making
Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and project managers
Create reports, dashboards, and documentation
Support testing (UAT – User Acceptance Testing) and implementation
Monitor project progress and ensure requirements are met

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management
Knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of business processes and workflows
Basic technical knowledge (software development lifecycle – SDLC)

🎓 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
Experience in business analysis or related role (varies by level)
Certifications (optional but valuable):
CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis)
PMI-PBA
