Branch Sales Manager

Job Title: Branch Sales Job Summary: Responsible for driving branch revenue and managing operations for logistics / express cargo services, ensuring business growth, service excellence, and branch profitability. Key Responsibilities: Oversee branch sales and operations to achieve revenue, volume, and service KPIs. Supervise branch sales team (Supervisor / Sr. Supervisor / Officer) and support business development activities. Manage end-to-end branch operations including booking, delivery, billing, and realization. Control branch costs, outstanding receivables, and improve profitability. Build and maintain relationships with key customers and handle escalations. Coordinate with Regional Office / HO for operational support and target achievement. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audits, and statutory requirements. Ensure effective ERP usage, reporting, and documentation. Location & Travel: Mumbai region (Anywhere in Mumbai) Moderate local travel for branch oversight and client interactions.
