Contact customers through calls to remind them about overdue payments and EMIs. Follow up with customers and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues. Negotiate repayment schedules as per company policies. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection status. Address customer queries related to payments and settlements. Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets. Escalate critical cases to the concerned team when required. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and collection guidelines. Prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
