About BBC Balanced Bites Cafe is a fast-growing healthy QSR brand redefining daily food for modern India through taste-first, chef-crafted, wholesome meals and beverages. We are looking for disciplined and fast-executing Prep Associates / Kitchen Associates to manage food assembly and beverage preparation at kiosk level. Important Note Before Applying This is NOT a traditional chef/cook role. We need candidates experienced in: ● QSR assembly/prep stations ● Beverage making ● Heating/plating/packaging ● Hygiene and kitchen discipline Role Overview The selected candidate will prepare/assemble kiosk-level menu items and beverages while maintaining speed, consistency, and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Food Preparation / Assembly Prepare/assemble kiosk menu items including: ● Brown Rice Biryani heating/garnishing ● Soya Keema Pav finishing/plating ● Wrap / Snack assembly ● Tray setup / dip / garnish / packaging 2. Beverage Preparation Prepare drinks including: ● Smoothies ● Cold Coffee ● Hand Beaten Coffee ● Tea / Other café beverages 3. Kitchen Prep / Hygiene ● Maintain prep counter cleanliness ● Keep mise-en-place ready before rush hours ● Wash/store ingredients properly ● Follow all hygiene/SOP standards 4. Stock / Inventory Handling ● Receive kitchen stock daily ● Organize fridge/freezer/prep storage ● Inform supervisor of shortages Ideal Candidate ● Fast hands / quick execution ● Disciplined and hygienic ● Can multitask during rush hours ● Detail-oriented and process-driven
