Pizza Maker

A Pizza Chef, also called a Pizzaiolo, is responsible for preparing and baking pizzas, managing dough preparation, handling toppings, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring food quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings Make pizzas according to menu recipes and customer orders Operate pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or electric) Monitor baking time and oven temperature Maintain food quality and presentation standards Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety Manage stock and kitchen inventory Assist in menu development and new pizza recipes Work with kitchen staff during busy hours Skills Required Dough stretching and pizza baking skills Knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen Teamwork and communication Time management Creativity in toppings and recipes Experience with commercial kitchen equipment Experience 06 Months- 3 years experience in pizza making is commonly required Salary :-10,000-30,000 Candidate call on this number :-9988200226
