Plan and prepare daily menus based on restaurant requirements
Cook a variety of Indian dishes including curries, breads (naan, roti), rice items, and appetizers
Maintain consistency in taste, portion size, and presentation
Ensure timely preparation and service during peak hours
Responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes across various regional cuisines (North Indian, South Indian, etc.)
Ensures high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
Plays a key role in delivering a quality dining experience
