Head Cook

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Multi Cuisine Chef who can prepare a variety of dishes including Indian, Chinese, Continental, Italian, and other international cuisines. The candidate should have good knowledge of kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene standards, and menu planning. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes as per company standards. Handle Indian, Chinese, Continental, and other cuisines efficiently. Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation. Ensure kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards. Manage kitchen stock and inventory. Control food cost and minimize wastage. Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations. Develop new recipes and menu items. Follow SOPs and safety guidelines. Ensure timely food preparation and service. Requirements Experience as a Multi Cuisine Chef in restaurant, café, or hotel. Good knowledge of different cuisines and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team handling and communication skills. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Flexible for shifts and weekends.
