Job Description
We serve only biryanis . As of now we have recipe decided for -
- Thalassery Chicken Dum Biryani (Kerala style)
- Malabar Fried Chicken Biryani
- Veg biryani.
It is expected that strict adherence to recipe has to be maintained for consistency in taste .
We plan to add 2-3 more biryanis in coming 1-2 months .
We have approximately 25-30 orders/day as of now and hope to increase it .
There is already a cleaner aunty in the kitchen , who keeps kitchen clean and cuts veggies and goes .
Your work will include -
1) Biryani prep
2) Biryani Making
3) Raita making
4) pappad frying .
Packing and delivery is not included in your work .
Salary we offer 15000/month .
Employee can take two leaves a month , in case of more leaves , salary is deducted per day of leave extra .
We expect professional behaviour and cleanliness while on work .
Daily marking of attendance is mandatory.
It is a Full Time Cook / Chef job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
