Proficiency in Barista techniques and Food Preparation
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing methods, and café equipment
3-7 years of experience in barista roles
Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication ability
Customer Service skills with a focus on ensuring a positive guest experience
Experience in training and mentoring team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or barista training are an advantage
