Thumb Stoppers is a UGC Video Ads Production Agency that creates high-performing Instagram-native UGC style ads for D2C & e-commerce brands.

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Project Manager – Video Production Operations to manage the complete backend operations of our production workflow.
This role requires someone who can coordinate between production, strategy, clients, and internal operations while ensuring shoots happen smoothly, timelines are maintained, and production targets are consistently achieved.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple moving parts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Production Management
Manage end-to-end shoot scheduling and production calendars
Coordinate with videographers, editors, creators, actors, and production teams
Ensure shoot timelines are planned and executed efficiently
Track shoot progress and ensure monthly production targets are achieved
Handle day-to-day coordination across ongoing projects
Team & Client Coordination
Coordinate between the strategy team, production team, and clients
Ensure clear communication of deliverables, timelines, and shoot requirements
Follow up with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
Assist in managing client communication and production updates
Operations & Administrative Management
Manage administrative and operational tasks of the company
Maintain production documents, schedules, trackers, and reporting systems
Keep a tight hold on production budgets and operational costs
Assist the finance department with payment tracking, production expenses, and vendor coordination
Experience & Skills Required
1–4 years of experience in project management, production coordination, operations, or agency management
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Ability to handle fast-paced production environments
Strong ownership mindset and execution skills
Comfortable managing people, timelines, and production pressure
Good understanding of content production workflows will be an added advantage
Must be disciplined, proactive, and highly dependable
Preferred Background
Candidates with prior experience in the following will be preferred:
Content production agencies
UGC or Reel production workflows
D2C brand operations
Production coordination
Agency project management
Salary
₹30,000 – ₹35,000 in-hand (depending on experience & capability)
Working Days & Timings
Monday to Saturday
10 AM to 7 PM
Work From Home
Candidate must be based in Mumbai for coordination and occasional in-person meetings/shoot requirements
Performance Metrics / KPIs
Performance will primarily be judged on:
Achieving monthly production/shoot targets
Smooth execution of production schedules
Team coordination & operational efficiency
Timely completion of shoots and deliverables
Budget management and operational control
Ownership, discipline, and execution quality
Mandatory Requirements
Must be based in Mumbai
Must be available full-time
Must be highly organized and disciplined
Must be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously
Must have strong communication and coordination skills
