Job Description – Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive Job Title: Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive Industry: Real Estate / Construction Location: Noida Extension Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Experience Required: 2–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchase Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling procurement activities, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for multiple project sites. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, knowledge of construction materials, and the ability to manage vendors efficiently. Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Managing procurement of construction and site-related materials. Handling end-to-end purchase processes for multiple project sites. Coordinating with site teams for material requirements and timely delivery. Vendor sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management. Comparing quotations and finalizing cost-effective purchases. Maintaining purchase records, invoices, and documentation. Monitoring inventory and avoiding material shortages at sites. Ensuring quality and timely supply of materials and services. Developing and maintaining a strong vendor network. Coordinating with accounts and operations teams for payment processing. Required Skills Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes. Good communication and coordination abilities. Basic knowledge of Excel and purchase documentation. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple site requirements. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 2–3 years of experience in procurement/purchase within Real Estate or Construction industry preferred. Candidates from real estate, construction, or infrastructure background will be preferred.
