Job Description
Job Description – Cashier (APMC Shop)
1. Early Morning Operations
Report to the shop at 3:45 AM sharp.
Spend the first 15 minutes preparing inventory reports at the shop.
2. Sales Execution
Sales begin at 4:00 AM.
Maintain accurate and real-time bookkeeping of all sales.
Ensure precision in rate and weight for every transaction.
3. Cash & Customer Handling
Handle cash carefully and responsibly.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers at all times.
4. Post-Sales Process (After 10:00 AM)
After completing sales, proceed to the office at 10:00 AM.
Prepare farmer invoices.
Submit your report to the data entry operator.
5. Cash Submission & Final Reporting
First, submit all collected cash to the cashier.
Then report to the data entry person for invoice processing.
Finally, verify and tally your accounts with both:
