Job Description
• Handle guest billing and payment transactions accurately through the POS system.
• Accept payments via cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
• Ensure all bills are processed correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain daily cash balance and prepare end-of-shift cash reports.
• Coordinate with the service team for smooth order and billing operations.
• Address guest queries related to bills and payments professionally.
• Ensure proper maintenance of billing records and invoices.
• Follow company policies related to cash handling and financial procedures.
• Assist in managing takeaway and delivery order billing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter.
